Just wanted to say what a GREAT product!!!! I visited Home Depot looking for something to do a kitchen backsplash. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for…ceramic, kitchen paneling/tiling, etc. I knew when I saw it [Fasade] that it was the product for me. I have an old home and was looking for that “retro” look. I chose Argent Silver. It came out so great that I used it on the other side of my kitchen too. It’s hard to believe I did it myself – it looks so beautiful and professional!! I wanted to let you know that this is an awesome product – looks like the old tin – but it’s new and so easy to work with!!!
My kitchen looks SO NICE with this in it. I wanted to pass along my words of praise!

“Due to the material of the product (PVC) and with the weather being so cold, a handful of the panels had one corner broken. I did not complain or return the product as only two of the panels had pieces that will not be concealed by the 1/2″ overlap — so I can stragetically put them on the ends where I need to cut the end of those panels off.”

“I placed my oder over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Apparently, the box was ruined by UPS and it had to be reshipped, but the store made no effort to expedite delivery or to notify me that the package had to be reshipped. Additionally, getting in touch with a live person at the store was difficult. Not a great experience.”

“I did not receive notice that my first order went through, so 2 days later called the company and was informed that indeed there was no order from me. I then re-ordered and received it in a timely manner with email confirmation and tracking, then 2 days later got a second shipment!. The first order had gone through, but wasn’t noted. After 4 phonecalls, ACP took my order back, but I had to pay the shipping. I’m not sure where the error occurred but their customer service leaves a little to be desired.”
